NB: / Members must wear non-slip socks for all Reformer classes to ensure safety and hygiene.
/ Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts, and feel free to cancel up to 3 hours prior to the session for flexibility.
/ If a member arrives late to class, they must check in with the coach on duty to determine if they can still attend. Typically, a 5 minute grace period is granted, provided the class is still in the group warm-up phase.
