Our CARDIO classes are designed to enhance endurance, stamina, and overall cardiovascular fitness through high-intensity training. From cycling-based sessions like ENDURE SPIN, META-SPIN, and SPIN SWIFT, which build cycling endurance and strength, to running-focused classes like META-RUN and RUN SWIFT, which boost VO2 max and improve technique, each session is structured to push your limits.

This cardio cycle group class is developed to target cardiovascular conditioning, and to develop your cycling endurance both indoors and outdoors. The class improves your strength and stamina on the bike through a mixed class format.
