BARRE DEFINE
A technically choreographed dance and Pilates-inspired class resulting in a strong core while improving flexibility, posture, and strength. Move through a series of consciously choreographed steps, which progressively build into a full routine.
PILATES MAT
Our foundations class provides an opportunity to learn the principles of Joseph Pilates’ work, designed to deliver profound results. Pilates works through progressive levels, where you will discover a newfound feeling of control and efficiency of your body and mind. This foundational class is taking you through the basics and essentials. Your instructor will closely monitor your progress and provide the adequate verbal and tactile cues and corrections.
PILATES REFORMER ALIGN
This focused, low-impact class is designed to refine alignment, enhance posture, and deepen body awareness. With the guidance of the Pilates Reformer, participants will engage in a series of targeted exercises that prioritize controlled movements and precise techniques to activate deep stabilising muscles and improve overall balance.
PILATES REFORMER ATHLETIC
This high-energy, low-impact class merges traditional Pilates principles with athletic conditioning to deliver a full-body workout. Using the Reformer machine, it targets deep muscle groups, enhances core strength, improves flexibility and endurance.
PILATES REFORMER INTRO
This foundational class is designed to introduce the techniques and principles of the Pilates Reformer, emphasising proper alignment, controlled movement, and safe use of the equipment. Participants will learn how to perform exercises with precision, prevent injury, and build confidence in using the Reformer.
