This calming session combines the deep stretches of Yin Yoga with the therapeutic resonance of sound healing. Held in the serene Aquarium tunnel, it’s designed to release tension, restore balance, and guide you inward—surrounded by the gentle rhythm of marine life.

Advanced booking is required. 

If you are a TB member, please enter your registered email address to avail your Member’s Rate. Booking fee is non-refundable.

Please note that a minimum of 6 confirmed bookings is required for the session to take place. In the event that this minimum is not met, we reserve the right to reschedule existing bookings to the next available session. All affected participants will be notified in advance.

By joining this event, I hereby grant permission to Al Qana and its representatives; THE BRIDGE | Wellness Hub being one of the anchors, to take and use photographs and/or digital images as well as videos for use in any online and offline materials related to THE BRIDGE | Wellness Hub.
