Flow through a gentle yoga session surrounded by the calming beauty of marine life—designed to align body, breath, and mind in an unforgettable underwater atmosphere.
Advanced booking is required. Please review the schedule carefully and select the session that best suits you.

Booking fee is non-refundable.
Please note that a minimum of 6 confirmed bookings is required for the session to take place. In the event that this minimum is not met, we reserve the right to reschedule existing bookings to the next available session. All affected participants will be notified in advance.
IMPORTANT NOTE
For group bookings, it is important to enter each guest’s complete name, mobile number and email address to be able to add them to the class and receive their individual booking confirmation.
By joining this event, I hereby grant permission to Al Qana and its representatives; THE BRIDGE | Wellness Hub being one of the anchors, to take and use photographs and/or digital images as well as videos for use in any online and offline materials related to THE BRIDGE | Wellness Hub. These materials can include websites, social media, brochures, and any such printed or electronic publications.

/ One-time rebooking is subject to availability and must be communicated 24 hours in advance through a written notice sent to [email protected]
/ Please note that rebooking can only be applied to a session scheduled within the following month’s program and cannot be carried over beyond that period.
