Event Description
A gentle, guided yoga flow designed to calm the body and mind, set within the serene Butterfly Garden. The session begins with 30 minutes of mindful movement and breath-led poses, followed by 30 minutes to explore the garden, connect with nature, and fully experience the Butterfly Garden journey at your own pace.
Perfect for all levels seeking a slow, grounding outdoor practice.

An exclusive, elevated area perfect for two, offering a more intimate experience—the best choice for those attending with a guest or seeking a quieter setting.
IMPORTANT NOTE
For group bookings, it is important to enter each guest’s complete name, mobile number and email address to be able to add them to the class and receive their individual booking confirmation.
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE VISITING
Dress Code
Please note that the Butterfly Garden is a fully transparent glass dome. Guests are kindly advised to wear modest, comfortable activewear that allows ease of movement and personal comfort throughout the session.
Additionally, please bring your own face towel to keep yourself feeling refreshed during the session.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in. Doors will be closed once the session begins to ensure a smooth experience for all participants.
Mindful Movement
Guests are kindly asked to move mindfully and respectfully throughout the garden to ensure the safety and well-being of the butterflies and animals.
Weather/Temperature
The biodome stays 24-32 degrees Celsius year-round, giving butterflies and animals a true tropical home – and you a mini getaway.
Expect a Little Rain
Light mist and rain are part of the experience. It’s nature, doing what it does best.
Curious Animals
Butterflies aren’t alone here. You may meet other animals up close – calm, curious and sometimes camera-ready.
You're a Guest in their World
You’re visiting them. Butterflies roam freely, so respect their space and take only memories (and photos).
By joining this event, I hereby grant permission to Al Qana and its representatives; THE BRIDGE | Wellness Hub being one of the anchors, to take and use photographs and/or digital images as well as videos for use in any online and offline materials related to THE BRIDGE | Wellness Hub. These materials can include websites, social media, brochures, and any such printed or electronic publications.
