THE BRIDGE offers a wide range of classes, including group fitness classes, specialised ladies-only sessions, strength training, cardio, yoga, and more, designed to meet various fitness levels and preferences.

We are open seven days a week! Our regular hours are Monday to Friday from 5:30 AM to 11 PM. Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 9 PM. Specific class schedules may vary, so check our website for updates.

At THE BRIDGE, we offer dedicated workout hours for women from 9 AM to 12 PM. During this time, our facilities and classes are exclusively available to female members, creating a supportive and empowering environment to help you achieve your fitness goals.
