Take on the ultimate test of strength this January with our Straight Arm Hang Challenge! Open to all members—males and females alike—this challenge is all about testing your grip and endurance.

  How it works:

  • Hold on for as long as you can!
  • Try as many times as you want to beat your personal best.

Rules of the Challenge

  • Maximum hold for time.
  • Chalk is allowed.
  • A coach must verify your attempt.

When

  • Monday, January 13th 4PM till January 31st
