A small ladies only group well-rounded regimen incorporating cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and two Diet consultation to help you lose 5% body fat.

Before you start, the coach will provide an assessment prior to the bootcamp, in which the coach will check your body composition and movement.

\ Every session starts at 05:00 PM.
\ Session will still count if member cancells or don't show up
