Start the class by activating your body with a combination of drills, sprints, & running specific agility work, low-impact options will also be given to tailor to your fitness level. Head outdoors for a run with our coach and together challenge your running limits.

BREATHWORK FOR RECOVERY
Controlled deep breathing assists in blood flow, lowering the pulse rate and blood pressure by improving vagal activity and reducing the sympathetic reaction. This activity has a psyco-physiological effect on the body and is considered an excellent stress reduction technique.
