MINDFUL BREATHWORK ( 15 min )
Our thorough science backed mindful breathing session will get you in to the calming state of mind to fully indulge in the mandala art workshop that follows.

GUIDED MANDALA WORKSHOP ( 60 min )
Take in the healing wonders of diving in to mandala art. Connect with the deeper essence of your own self through theraputic presence of art and music.
Physiological study conducted to analyse the effect of mandala making effect on blood pressure revealed a statistically significant reduction in systolic and diastolic pressure respectively (Shcrade.et.al.,2011). Similarly, Mantzios and Giannou (2018) study also concluded that guided mindfulness mandala art sessions can be an effective solution for anxiety management
