TRAIN TO RUN is a program designed to help you progress towards your goal as a runner. It is a combination of drills, sprints, and agility work to help enhance your speed, stamina, agility, and endurance.

All participants will receive a 15% reduction on our all-organic menu at TASTE Restaurant & Cafe. T&C Apply.

Following your energizing pre-run shot 'ENGAGE', a session on our Indoor Running Track comprising a combination of drills, sprints, & agility work. Our coach will lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way. Low-impact options will also be given to tailor each workout to your fitness level.

BREATHWORK FOR RECOVERY

Controlled deep breathing assists in blood flow, lowering the pulse rate and blood pressure by improving vagal activity and reducing the sympathetic reaction. This activity has a psyco-physiological effects on the body and considered an excellent stress reduction technuiqe.

ENGAGE | PRE-RUN SHOT | Lemon, lime, ginger, turmeric, spirulina.
A great energy boost pre-workout due to Spirulina. It can positively influence hemoglobin levels therefor aid in increasing the oxygen-carrying capacity of our blood. Spirulina is also packed with antioxidants, helping with oxidative stress and supporting muscle strength and endurance.


RECOVER | POST-RUN SHOT | Pineapple, mint, cinnamon.
Pineapple has Bromelain which helps replace depleted muscle glycogen stores post-workout, aiding in muscle recovery. It is also a good source of potassium, aids in proper muscle function and contains more than 85% water, which is great for rehydration and electrolyte replenishment.
